Good for initial experience, get out after a few years because they really don't care.

Cons

Famous words from my supervisor before he left to another state for a job somewhere else being stuck for 15+ years because the people above him have been there 20+ years and refuse to leave. Despite how much they need to. These people here for that long have clear favorites and let them get away with everything while punishing everyone else.
