- Great atmosphere; everyone is friendly and polite. Sounds cliché, but true. - Finish each day knowing you helped hundreds of people, improving and in some cases literally saving lives.

Cons

- Pay is below-rate, and union negotiations are massively bogged down. - Work can get repetitive.
