Pros

Labcorp is a big company and looks good on a resume but that’s it i guess

Cons

The worst place I have ever worked at. Management plays favoritism and puts all the blame and work on lab assistants. Instead of focusing on cultivating a good work environment and encouraging their employees to grow, they criticize you and pay you bare minimum. The lab manager and newest supervisor have no sense of professionalism with the way they constantly degraded our team with passive aggressive comments. They have driven away over half of our team in the span of about 2 months. On 1-1 meetings the supervisors will tell you they want to help you with professional development but really that means giving you work while they sit around chit chatting. This place will drain you mentally and physically. One of the supervisors has made numerous people cry with her bullying yet not once has she been reprimanded, instead she has received 2 promotions just this year while the rest of us have to beg to get paid what we deserve, especially considering she hands over some of her case tasks to others. Besides my team and some other coworkers this place was truly unbearable. Weekly meetings talking about our mistakes and never thanking us for our hard work, always placing blame on us even when it wasn’t our fault. When we would ask for support from other teams we’d be told that they would speak to them yet nothing was ever done even though we were short staffed. Avoid it all costs if you can
