Pros

The onboarding/training program here is the best I have ever experienced. There are so many resources to help you succeed and grow in your career. They encourage collaboration with your peers and have a high standard of quality for their trials. Most of the management here has been with the company for 10+ years and can provide a wealth of knowledge.

Cons

The health insurance plans are relatively expensive, but they offer other incentives that balance it out.

-FTO, the "flexible time off" is really what has me staying at LabCorp! I love that I can take quite a bit of time off for my family, myself and my travels. If LabCorp ever decided to go back to their normal PTO where there was a maximum amount of time off that you could take, I would leave the company. -Career opportunities

Cons

- Minimal raises -Low Pay, you can definitely get a much higher paying job with the same title at another company. -Too much oversight from management...I don't think it's really necessary to have a manager meeting every other week. -Pushed into work objectives that were not on my "job description" when I started
