Pros
Consistent hours. Management that cares about you personally. Comfortable work space. Good computer software. Opportunity for growth. Tuition reimbursement. If you like call center environments, you will probably be fine here.
Cons
First call resolution is not a priority. Emphasis placed on call quantity rather than call quality. We need cooperation from other departments to effectively do our jobs, but that doesn't happen. It was a pretty stressful job considering the nature of the business we received.
