The benefits and PTO were the biggest asset of working for this company. The health insurance was very generous.

Cons

The Stock holders were the decision makers so if the company was not moving in the right direction, the stock holders decide the fate of the business.

Lots of room to move into different fields, best benefits I've ever seen.

Cons

Pay scale once you're in doesn't keep up. A 40 hour week is busy as an 80 hour week. Hard to keep up.

Pros

The people are the highlight here. Supportive co-workers are a big part of this company. The benefits are also great. We get very few holidays but a lot of vacation days to compensate.

Cons

Management and leadership are lacking here. The employees can be treated very well or very badly depending on who your boss is. The good leaders look the other way when the not-so-good leaders treat their subordinates poorly. Also, employees can't work efficiently if leadership isn't held to their deadlines and tasks.
