Salary is ok, the headquarters are nice, people are friendly.

Cons

Lack of experience in the senior technical managers, unclear meetings everyday, tech leads do not take or value your inputs, senior staff do what they want instead of listening to younger or more prepared engineers, no respect for junior developers, no technical vision.

Throughout this year, the company has undergone various restructuring phases following each round of layoffs. In this year alone, I have had three different engineering managers, and priorities have shifted as if the company is uncertain of its direction.
