Cons
The level of incompetence at JYSK is infuriating. The management is a perfect example of how not to run a business – they're more interested in playing favorites and ignoring real issues than actually leading. Health and safety? Forget about it. You're practically on your own, navigating through a store that cares more about profits than the well-being of its employees. And don't even get me started on being alone in the store. It's like they think we're expendable. I've lost count of the times I've felt unsafe and unsupported. It's clear they prioritize cutting corners over investing in a secure work environment. As for the higher-ups, they're nothing more than a bunch of yes-men and women. Sucking up to the management seems to be their primary skill. It's disheartening to see people in positions of influence more concerned with their own positions than addressing the genuine concerns of those on the front lines. JYSK, with its toxic atmosphere and lackluster leadership, is a textbook example of how not to treat your employees. I wouldn't wish this job on my worst enemy.
