CFO and CEO are bullies, They create an atmosphere of fear and humiliation. Was told to avoid this place, wish I’d listened.

None. The continuous finger pointing by upper management provides no direction, nor solutions for the issues at hand. The company will continue to fail if it does not address the management issues both at the executive and middle levels.

Pros

Good Benefits, Could take doctors appointments when I needed to, in my position I learnt much.

Cons

The head office took advantage of my skills, had me working overtime for almost no extra pay. The office staff is clicky and self-absorbed.
