Pros

I've been in Jaguar Land Rover for over fifteen years and the change has been dramatic. The breadth of product being delivered is astonishing for a group that is so much smaller than our rivals. There's always opportunity to use original thought to work collaboratively and find innovative solutions.

Cons

There are some areas that are heavily under resourced and do not get the attention needed until very late, meaning engineers are under a great deal of strain. The traffic problems were improved with the addition of a dual carriageway, but they are building up again now.

Pros

They don't fire employees, even if you're totally incompetent you will have a job forever. Pays well.

Cons

Management team claims they want to be competitive and makes change in order to do so, yet they continue to do the same things over and over again. The definition of insanity. Technology, systems etc. very bad.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback for us, sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your time with us. We’re working on a really exciting HR strategy to support line managers and there’s a lot of work being done to make things clearer, easier and faster.
