Business Outlook
Pros
Great products. Management access to vehicles is a fantastic perk. Some great people. A lot of passion and desire to do what is right. Character and resilience to get things done and fix problems is done well.
Cons
With the passion and desire to do the right thing. Unfortunately this can be done in silos, conflicting with other parts of the business. There is a lot of pressure on staff. In areas, we have a lot of heros. Where we actually need stability, focus and quality implementation. A clear and understandable vision would align functions more. It would be great to have a longer term strategy that aided proactive actions and tactics, reducing the need for fixing so frequently.
