Pros

Competitive salary and benefits packages. Some great people and great challenges. A variety of professional training opportunities

Cons

The management structure is top heavy and it is very political There are lots of schemes about smarter working and treating people with respect however the senior leadership don't condone smarter working and show very archaic management.

Great pay , holidays , sickness and maternity and death in service support

Cons

Too much selecting people who can talk the talk in interviews and not using people with vast years employment or actual JLR vehicle experience. Still jobs for the boys or who says the right words just to please Management and Human Resources. Some managers from the shop floor couldn`t use a brush to sweep up . no matter manage.
