Great family atmosphere - great comradery really helpful and understanding. Great for those who go with the flow!

Cons

Archaic structure (3 directorate tiers and 2 management tiers!). Not for the ambitious with new ideas especially when you are not management. If you go against the flow... this isn't for you.
