      People are generally friendly, talented & hard working. Has great potential to be a fantastic place to work. Good pay & rewards package.

      Cons

      Leadership team cannot make firm decisions, no direction. Chaotic working environment, no processes, poor middle/upper management with lots of ego & politics

      - Looks good on your CV - Well paid - Some great people in the teams - Various sites to apply to work at

      Cons

      - Maintenance team operates machines and don't allow for real maintenance work - Parking is a big issue. - Paternity, maternity and shift pay not equal to other sites - Sending out a leaflet saying 'go to bed and wake up the same time everyday' is condescending when most of your workers are on shifts.
