      Pros

      Fast paced innovative company with exiting global expansion projects, management are very accommodating in relation to personal issues, great brand with fantastic products, proud British heritage, lots of current transformation of job roles and processes making day to day working easier to manage.

      Cons

      High staff turnover, unclear progression route.

      Pros

      Software and equipment and cars. Most people are pretty nice. The age range varies from a few older guys to many twenty-somethings. They hire females so the mix is fairly good.

      Cons

      Lack of focus/direction. Lots of meetings that aren't beneficial most of the time. Too many projects that get started, stopped and revisited again after a competitor shows something similar. U.K. mentality in finances and management are outdated.

      Jaded and aged senior management (LL4/LL5) promoted to level of incompetence or based on years served. Takes a long time to reach management circa 5/6 years.
