      Pros

      Great staff with a lot of talented engineers and designers , great location, get to work on new and exciting tech

      Cons

      Trying to be innovative in a "we've always done it this way" kind of mind set is extremely difficult and demotivating. Forced to do this through broken and outdated processes that are poorly documented and may actually deadend when it goes to another department because they no longer use the original process. I run into a lot of people in charge of things that don't actually know what that thing is.

      Pros

      Work colleagues are all on the same wave lenght, everyone is friendly and helpful, pay is ok very fast paced.

      Cons

      Psychology stressed all the time management not bothered at all about peoples well being, they just want numbers, people dont do their work properly as work load is too much they panic! Would be ok if we all had eight arms each.
