Pros

It has a very creativity, hard working, determined, young atmosphere. It is fun there but a lot of long hours.

Cons

No respect from superiors, very hierarchical, no feedback on performance, feel like a slave, no positive feedback. Don't care if you stay or leave.

Pros

fast paced, all encompassing, hands on internship that will leave you breathless! Be prepared to jump in right away. You are always treated as an equal, never as an intern and your supervisors respect your opinions.

Cons

Sometimes the pace is too quick. You have to jam the opportunity, strategy, verbal and visual phases all into ten weeks. Clients can be tricky and you always have to give them what they want even if it is a pro bono project.

smart people, great environment. lots of opportunity to grow and learn. interesting and creative work that challenges the best minds

Cons

can be pretty stressful and lots of masters to serve. big clients can be demanding but tthe prize is worth the effort as Interbrand has real market impact
