Pros

Good flexibility in hours. Great benefits, including health and PTO/Sick leave. Environment is a creative one and allows for some personal expression.

Cons

Concise communication between branches was always lacking. This created many problems for the effectiveness of collaboration between the different city branches. Any opportunity of job training &/or expansion of skills that was promised upon hiring was consistently turned down through out my two years and never allowed.
