Pros

A lot of free food

Cons

Interbrand New York is a terrible place to work. The people are vicious, petty, scheming and just delusional. They honestly believe they're doing best-in-class creative work, but in reality it couldn't be more dull, more derivative, less inspired. Lower and mid-level employees are treated terribly, and those in higher positions just sit around and think of new ways to inflate their undeserved egos even more. If you are offered a position here, force them to put everything into writing, because they have no problem with making promises that they have no intention to keep. Stay away. There are so many other shops out there where you will be valued. This is not one of them.

Pros

We do great work and tackle really interesting problems for clients. Day-to-day work is fantastic and clients tend to partner with our teams rather than treat us like vendors.

Cons

Leadership isn't leading. Limited global cohesiveness. Inconsistent view of whether we are a global company or a federation of local offices. Offices are effectively rewarded for competing, not collaborating.

Pros

Good brands & resume builder.

Cons

Too many characters here. When you walk in the door, your walking in to EGO land. Everyone is out for themselves & the upper management is vile. It's about numbers there, not creative work. You will end up working 13 hours a day or an average of 50+ hours every week & never receive appreciation. It's a big head game & fake answers. Not inspiring work environment.
