Pros

Brand name, some bright folks, occasionally interesting work. For more junior folks, this might be a good learning opportunity.

Cons

Disorganized and a bit of a sweatshop. Hours to pay ratio extremely poor for the industry. Definitely not meritocratic when it comes to promotion.

Pros

High brand awareness. Pockets of excellent talent. Great client list brought in on the back of questionable brand valuation methodology. Nice office.

Cons

All the best people have left / are leaving. Creative agency. But no time to be creative. Very short term outlook for a Company of strategists. A traditional brand consultancy that hasn't kept pace with the times e.g. digital skills absent.
