      The company touts work & lifestyle balance but the truth is it’s all about the companies needs. Employee needs are way down the list. They like to state at every opportunity that they are on the list of 100 best companies in Canada but they have to be near the bottom of that list!

      promotions are only for "specific people", managements are not providing good feedbacks for career development. they only say that you are not ready. No support from hr as well as you are not their favorable person

      Working from home is nice

      Cons

      Very bad company to work for. Very very low pay. They will trick you into saying you have salary but then only pay you part time of that salary. Much better companies available to work at. Bad management and bad quality of work.
