      Pros

      Pay is standard for industry.

      Cons

      Not a lot of support from management, such a large company leaves a lack of connection between management and employees and lack of support. Systems and processes change constantly as well as heavy workload.

      Toxic culture

      Pros

      - Company as a whole seems to have great values - Lots of social engagement activities, something that was really lacking in previous companies that I worked for where it was all work no play

      Cons

      - toxic culture amongst colleagues, feels like an adult high school with constant innuendos that can tear down your mental health - people need to be called out for their bad behaviours and consequences should be taken seriously - those who have been in the company longest with more knowledge tend to be the biggest bullies and get away with it because they are recognized for the work they deliver - coworkers are not willing to be helpful, either ignore your requests all together or give you piece meal information

      If you enjoy playing office politics with clock punchers who only care about self-preservation this is the place for you! Bonus: Diversity and Equity at Intact means speaking french only.

      Cons

      Culture of brain dead lifers that will slowly kill your soul.
