      You won't have expendable income nor the time to spend it, No camaraderie or incentive to engage beyond your daily tasks Everyone's related or dating

      Depends how low your standards are.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, office politics, unethical, poor leadership, uneducated leadership, constant structure changing, constant firing in order to shake things up.
