Company gives opportunity for growth within If you show promise then you will get more work and chances to show your abilities Chances for internal promotion / role change Encouraged to explore new opportunities

Cons

some roles have limited wage structure Somewhat repetitive work in previous role (Revenue processing Officer) Salary in some roles is not matched to the amount of work you do.

Pros

Case workers are the most amazing people you would meet, very friendly people and environment great place to network yourself and build long term friendship

Cons

Very poor management, managers would not support you. Overload you with work unrealistic targets and managers would bully you and threaten you of dismal. Very bad training provided you have to DIY.
