If your face doesn't fit you will find it hard to move around. Management can't or don't want to keep their ear to the ground Management doesn't have a clue what going on, on the ground up but can tell you things that are not important. WORK you like a horse with no set growth. Mirco manager you to save their jobs. A very unhealthy positive attitude that is unrealistic, counterproductive for people who can get stuff done BUT are never get told the truth about their business. which forces us to be reactive and not proactive.
