Close-knit office and comradery in the place.

Cons

Above office management is awful. Targets are unrealistic and DWP communication is all but dead.

Fully remote work, equipment provided.

Cons

They employ fully qualified counsellors to carry out assessments over the phone. They don't care about their staff's well-being and you are under constant pressure from your managers to meet targets and be faster. The work is extremely repetitive. I don't know how any therapists can stay in this job without suffering serious burnout and vicarious trauma. Pay is low.
