      You make great friends and colleagues always willing to help as long as their job is similar to yours. You get a 30 min break You leave at 5

      Cons

      Management is constantly training Management is constantly in meetings Management is constantly away from their desks Management hinders progression Management incapable of making concrete decisions Management micromanages everything Highest turnover I’ve ever seen within a company hands down- congratulations

      Pros

      Restart has potential to be a great success but it’s delivery @ Ingeus is abysmal. Pay looks attractive but once in post there are many changes to workload and tasks.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. There is bullying, intimidation and a complete lack of structure which often leaves teams stretched, stressed and disengaged with work.

      At the start the people in the office were great but one one left now. Lots of opportunities to lick … Reverse marketing- whatever that means If you like sales kpi Customer service 100+caseload you’d be great here Work like balance is there if you just tick the boxes and you don’t plan on helping anyone Great experience, if you can last 6month you can work anywhere.

      Cons

      This is not a job where you help people this is basically sales. Ingeus makes 3k for each job start they get. Target is 6-7 each month per advisorwhich sounds achievable but not when your caseload is 80% of individuals new to the country learning English 20% who are sick and on the nhs waiting list. The overall aim is to force them into a warehouse job that last 6weeks then monitoring their job search progress till they finish the one year on the program There are times when you really get to help people, usually jobs they’ve found themself and supporting secure it.
