Terrible management, work caseload is too much per person (90 people for 1 person) management pick and chose who to favour and who to antagonise Extremely toxic environment

In London - Management is filled with ego maniacs, all with their own agenda and little to do with helping people. New blood don't stand a chance in management unless nepotism has its way.
