Pros

-Manage your time and own caseload -high performers can create free time -work is simple after you get the hang of Systems and individual objectives -most advisers are energetic, approachable and fun and creates a positive work culture. -chill work place, not professional, good for young people.

Cons

Saturated sector with management hiring friends, previous colleagues from similar contracts. Career progression based on nepotism, with Promotion only given to those super complacent or knowing management personally. Builds a management team that have grown old in the sector and with ‘experience’ without competence. Crazy amount of favoritism that everyone acknowledges.

Pros

The company offers some good benefits, such as the option to purchase additional holidays and comprehensive health insurance.

Cons

Unfortunately, the positive values and strong culture they promote are mostly just words on paper. • The senior leadership team fosters a toxic environment, where favoritism is rampant, and bullying behavior is common. • I’ve witnessed several colleagues become distressed, some even going off sick due to mental health struggles caused by this environment. • While the company sells you an appealing vision, the reality once you join can be extremely disappointing and stressful.
