Pros

Monday to Friday 9-5 25 day holiday entitlement plus bank holidays with option to buy more Met friends for life

Cons

Leadership, nothing gets nipped in the bud or dealt with appropriately nor efficiently to prevent escalation. Although decent wage isn't enough for what you do. Unrealistic targets due to the type of participants we now get with serious complex health issues compared to when we started, business targets haven't adapted to this.

Pros

I want to give it a 0, but I can’t, so I give it a 1. The positive two week training you have is a lieee.

Cons

I love all the ‘amazing’ reviews that the fake weird ingeus target driving managers are on here writing to cover for their appealing job. (Go and sift through the actual real reviews) This company is a big joke beyond words and soon closing down by the looks of it, no need to work here unless you want a headache everyday, belittling staff, hostile environment, helicopter micromanaging, impossibly high targets that managers make you feel bad for not meeting (when realistically they just have a very bad system that they are unwilling to change) and 30 minute lunch breaks for a 9-5 where managers scare you from even getting up off your seat to take a quick oxygen break. This isn’t the 1800s and this certainly isn’t the period after the pandemic where everyone was scrambling for jobs. The world has started to open up now, trust me, I know you need a job, but trust me, you don’t have to torture yourself here, you’ll be worse off than where you are now. And your skills won’t be used, they will ignore any prior skills from prior jobs just to make you feel insignificant and just a number to them that can be replaced as soon as you put a step wrong. So I happy I left and I’m thriving now. Nonsense people

Pros

The team i work with! This job attracts people who want to make a positive difference in peoples lives and you can see this in all of my colleagues.

Cons

Workload is far too much, there is not enough time in the day to do everything we are expected to do. This will effect your ability to hit targets where there is no flexibility and if you dont hit you are out. It feels more is added to our already full plate every day with new poorly thought out processes constantly being introduced and more people leaving or off sick due to stress weekly. We have had many opportunities to have our voices heard and make a change but nothing happens. We are over worked and stressed. This all results in our participants not getting what they need. Ingeus does not live its values.
