- Abysmal tea in the vending machine - Wildly unachievable targets - The company is rife with intense pressure and stress - Clients being 'parked' as they are deemed too difficult to help thus resulting in people being given a substandard service - Culture of expectation to give more and more of your time than is necessary - People coming in over an hour early and leaving an hour later as well as spending lunch working at their desk due to pressure to reach targets - PDM's who refuse to get their hands dirty and who are very good at telling rather than doing - Out of touch senior management as to the reality of the job Leaving the business was one of the best decisions I ever made - take heed or reviews and go nowhere near this business, otherwise you will regret it.
