      Pros

      Pay was highest for industry & benefits were good. The induction is amazing, makes you think you have joined an incredible company with a big heart. It's all lies.

      Cons

      You are treated as a number, not a human being - unachievable targets - management only care about targets not staff - you are told to focus on the targets disregarding the human beings you are working with - I worked with ESA clients, long term sick, there was no compassion, just targets, it made me feel sick. Horrible company.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
