Horrendous place to work, Massive amount of micromanagement. Rude Team leaders and management. They gossip, there is no actual reason for their extensive micromanagement.

Managing a caseload how you see fit to meet the targets set.

Cons

High staff turnover which meant many leaving just did not do their work and we then had to pick up the pieces.
