Great sense of team and values Invests in the development of its people. As long as you put the effort in, your managers will too Cares about staff Ingeus has its own Continuous Improvement Academy, where you have the opportunity to work on your own development and earn accredited qualifications

Cons

Has had a habit in the past of working in silos in divisions and therefore not working in the smartest way, although a lot of work is going into changing this

I have been with Ingeus for nearly a year and joining Ingeus was the best decision I made. My team is amazing, we really are one team which is amazing, all other employees and management really work to Ingeus values which is nice to see. The role also offers a good work/life balance and they really care for your wellbeing. I hope to have a long length of service with Ingeus.
