      Pros

      Working at value led organisation that puts it people first is a very rewarding place to work. Great culture and team work that enables us to change more lives. No two days are ever the same, fast paced with lots of opportunity to learn and develop whilst on the job. Ingeus goes the extra mile and creates an environment in which to thrive.

      Pros

      Positive values driven culture. Great people, good working conditions and good benefits. Ingeus is a business with a social conscious and they try really hard to get their staff involved in various initiatives to benefit the local communities that they provide services in.

      Cons

      It is a target driven environment and expectations are high, as Ingeus are motivated to positively change the lives of as many service users as they can. This won't suit everyone.

      Pros

      Down to earth and human managers, all the way to director level. Fair and impartial when it should be. Flexible. Value-added perks and employee assistance programmes.

      Cons

      It can take a while for pay changes, but that seems to be something that is changing for the better. The business works on time-bound contracts, so cycles of redundancy are an inevitability.
