The standards that we have to meet to be on target is unrealistic with the caseload numbers that we have and the pay that we get.

Pros

Ingeus is a large company, but it values everyone. Senior Management are open to suggestions and focus on offering the best service available to those on our programs. I have worked for many companies in a variety of roles, and although the work is hard, it is rewarding and recognized. The company follows it's values which are open for all to see, I can certainly see myself staying within Ingeus going forward.

Cons

The work is often mentally hard, and our advisors do see some participants with difficult situation happening in their lives, but internal support is offered to assist with dealing with these.
