Its great to be at Ingeus, in some ways it's like coming hhome having worked at PPDG for many years. Ingeus is very professional in all aspects starting with Induction which covers everything you need to know to start you on this great journey. If you are looking to help enable better lives then this is the place to be

- Amazing people, supportive and creative teams, great support to our Participants. - Nice offices. - creative thinking is encouraged.

Cons

- no flexible working - sick leave rules are unrealistic - unrealistic workload, long hours of work - high pressure, high turnover, difficult to retain talent - difficult to progress or to move sideways
