Pros

The induction training is excellent and thorough - from day one you are included in the team - company gifts being sent, office equipment needed is sent too. The company encourage career progression and are very hot on staff wellbeing - including being flexible to work around personal commitments such as families with young children.

Cons

Due to the size of the company there may not be too many opportunities for promotion - however, the company continues to grow so this may not be valid.

Great organisation to work for. Good support from managers and colleagues. I'm working on a new programme. I find the way managers and colleagues are working to embed good practise is strong.
