Pros

There are some very nice work colleagues because most people are eager to help people into work. Very good health benefits package. Good learning opportunities if you look for it.

Cons

Most of the feedback in the Cons section on Glassdoor is accurate. The structure is too complex which means some people seem to not be doing much more than basic reporting of the work that gets done. As others have said, there are promises of improvements that never materialise. There are some old-school or unnecessary practices that would not wash in other industries. I imagine senior management are told what they want to hear and will never see the true picture of the strain of working in a way that is dated.

Excellent on boarding programme however needs to include more training on the CRM

Cons

Zero communication from business manager Service users are not the promised type Unrealistic targets when caseloads include drug users, seriously ill and pregnant participants Staff turnover high No sign of promised bonuses Hybrid working option removed once you start
