Most of the feedback in the Cons section on Glassdoor is accurate. The structure is too complex which means some people seem to not be doing much more than basic reporting of the work that gets done.
As others have said, there are promises of improvements that never materialise.
There are some old-school or unnecessary practices that would not wash in other industries. I imagine senior management are told what they want to hear and will never see the true picture of the strain of working in a way that is dated.
