      Pros

      There are some very nice work colleagues because most people are eager to help people into work. Very good health benefits package. Good learning opportunities if you look for it.

      Cons

      Most of the feedback in the Cons section on Glassdoor is accurate. The structure is too complex which means some people seem to not be doing much more than basic reporting of the work that gets done. As others have said, there are promises of improvements that never materialise. There are some old-school or unnecessary practices that would not wash in other industries. I imagine senior management are told what they want to hear and will never see the true picture of the strain of working in a way that is dated.

      Cons

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
