      Great people, great purpose, but loses its way every now and then

      Pros

      If having a job with a purpose is important to you then Ingeus is somewhere you will work alongside many others with a shared perspective. Pay is good, though no longer the outlier it once was. Most people who work here do so because the believe in the work we do.

      Cons

      You need to work hard, which might be a con for some people. Not known for being flexible around working patterns, though they appear to be trying to change this.

      Pros

      Some great managers. Some managers can be really helpful and personable. They Work hard and are up for having some banter.

      Cons

      Limited progression. The pay is pretty good for most roles, but once your in you get stuck. You find yourself on a good salary but with little to no career progression. I left earlier than I needed to avoid a bigger trade off in salary later down the line.
