      Pros

      Infor is a market leader in software provision for multinational companies with great products that are way ahead of the competition. Working from home is the norm and this is a plus

      Cons

      They do not regularly review employees salary levels and therefore after one raise in 5 years the salary is no longer competitive.

      Pros

      There's a family environment and it's close public transport. They provide mediocre benefits.

      Cons

      It takes a lot to get fire there. The are quit a few nonaffective managers managing more nonaffective managers putting the responsibility on the bottom workers with little encouragement or payoff.

      Pay and Benefits are good, as well as the occasional ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Don't even think of infiltrating their world as an outsider. Their financial systems absolutely suck, their processes are inconsistent, and only a handful of people are worth their weight.
