      Exploitative Salary Strategies But Good Work Culture Generally

      Generally, my teammates were good to work with.

      Cons

      I found out that my salary was very down-scaled compared with those of other applicants, and I felt exploited because I downgraded my salary for relationship building purposes. I feel like they didn't think about the impact of what they did to my salary progress in order to have a few more money in their pocket.

      Pros

      Unlimited time off and the people are the only things worth dealing with the BS.

      Cons

      CEO has no clear strategy, its quite unfortunate and very clear to all employees. The culture is completely ruined due to political battles between EGOS. I would advise any talented, creative, hard working people to stay away from this company. You will not be fulfilled working for a company, lost in the 80's. WAKE UP.
