Thanks for taking the time to review InPost UK on Glassdoor. We always try to seek regular feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. We are thrilled you recognise the strength of the diversity of our team and the opportunities to develop and progress within our business. We are very proud of our friendly and talented team who are often thought leaders in their respective areas. The pace of our business often means we are able to deliver superior outcomes quickly however, at times we recognise that we're not perfect and always look to improve how we maintain both the pace and the quality of our work. Communication is key and recognise that we must always look at where this can be improved. Most recently we enjoyed our first full team away day to launch our strategy/priorities for 2022.. Going forward we will be changing the format of our weekly 'All Hands' call and most recently we formed an extended leadership team to drive better communication and collaboration across departments. As with any role we see peaks and troughs in our workload throughout the year. We ask that any employee that may be struggling with their workload raise it with their manager to ensure the appropriate action is taken. Whether that be to reprioritise or seek extra support. InPost UK strive to deliver exceptional work and have fun while doing so, any suggestions on how we keep it light and take the time to smile are welcome and will be actively embraced! Thanks for taking the time to share your views it is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to review InPost on Glassdoor. We always try to seek regular feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. We strive to find the best people in the market and as such offer competitive packages that align to an individuals skill set and experience. In the last 6 months alone we've seen just over 15% of employees move roles which really highlights the opportunities for growth and development within the InPost UK business. As a scale up business we enjoy the flexibility and agility a business of our size offers. However, this way of working does not suit everyone. We're proud of what InPost UK offers as well as the upcoming ground-breaking products we are launching in 2022. We endeavour to offer training to all that represent our business with prospective landlords and partners. If you felt you require(d) more support we would encourage you to reach out to a team member to further understand our product offering and how you can correctly position this. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and will share back with the relevant team at the soonest opportunity.

Pros

There aren't any, trying to be balanced about this companies approach to people is hard.

Cons

There is a systematic approach to bullying people here, its cold and its brutal, people are singled out and mercilessly targeted, they are openly mocked and mocked behind their back. The reviews are accurate, people past and present detest this company and looking at the staff turnover, they leave quickly. The hire and fire process, is like a revolving door, people in, people out, good people will not tolerate being abused. If you have nothing and are about to lose everything, maybe think of accepting a role, but you are better than this company.

Thanks for taking the time to review InPost on Glassdoor. We always try to seek regular feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. As a current employee we're concerned that you feel this way, we take accusations of bullying very seriously and encourage you to raise this via a relevant executive team member or with a HR team member at the soonest opportunity so this can be dealt with under our Bullying and Harassment policy. Behaviour as you describe will not be tolerated and saddens us to see feedback such as this. With regards to a drinking culture, since being able to come together face to face for the first time earlier this summer, we have held various social events to build bonds across teams, especially as many of our team members joined virtually. We also encourage other social groups based on employee interests such as our book club and bake off group. Finally, whist we ask employees to share their views on Glassdoor, we are clear they share open and honest accounts of their experience of working at InPost. We take all feedback seriously so thank you for taking the time to share your views with us.
