We always try to seek regular feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. In the last 6 months alone we've seen just over 15% of employees move roles which really highlights the opportunities for growth and development within the InPost UK business. As a scale up business we enjoy the flexibility and agility a business of our size offers. However, this way of working does not suit everyone. We're proud of what InPost UK offers as well as the upcoming ground-breaking products we are launching in 2022. We endeavour to offer training to all that represent our business with prospective landlords and partners.
