Pros

There are zero, it’s an awful awful place to be..

Cons

The culture is toxic, from top to bottom, people are treated like playthings and their mental health ignored… It’s seen as good sport to bully and harass people, to see them break, women are second class citizens (check their SLT) but please read the other reviews, but moreover InPost’s feedback on 1star reviews, their arrogance in suggesting that people who dare complain about their treatment are somehow unable to hack it, deplorable behaviour, ask them about their staff turnover it’s laughable, they will tell you it’s about the business scaling and fast growth, but it’s not, it’s because people are bullied and harassed from day 1, look at how many senior people leave within the first few months… An awful awful awful place to work, DO NOT CONSIDER WORKING HERE.

Thanks for taking the time to review InPost on Glassdoor. We often seek feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. We do not however have a record of an employee with your job title and/or service with InPost UK and so are not sure of the authenticity of this review. However should the service/job title be a mistake we felt it important to respond. As a current employee we urge you to raise your concerns with a relevant executive team member or the HR team so these can be dealt with in the appropriate way. We have zero tolerance for any kind of bullying and harassment and encourage anyone that may be experiencing and/or witnessing this to raise it to a trusted team member. We continue to encourage open feedback so that it can be addressed in a constructive manner. We are a scaling business that moves fast that offers excellent development opportunities. We are proud to have had many successful and happy hires but are also aware that a business that moves at this pace it does not suit everyone. The strength of our team and its engagement was most evident in our recent anonymous engagement survey where 80% of employees shared that they 'Love InPost UK' and would 'Recommend InPost UK as a great place to work'. We do however recognise without your feedback we cannot improve so thanks for sharing, it is very much appreciated. We will ensure this feedback is shared with the relevant teams.

Pros

Fake 5-star Glassdoor reviews No Good Reviews of the Company Culture

Cons

How do you know if a culture is toxic? Leaders blame their team members when things go wrong, insistent that failures are someone else's fault Negative feedback on job performance is the only type of feedback that is given. Evaluations are used to instill fear in employees instead of used to develop and grow them Significant turnover or sick callouts - before you apply check how many people left business in the last 6 months Lack of accountability - check company's responses to the 1-star reviews. When a company uses templates to respond to negative reviews and instead of acknowledging their failure to provide a safe working environment uses phrases such "fast-paced", "fun", "high standards" just shows their lack of accountability People Work Late or on Weekends - expect to work 24/7 with no additional compensation

Thanks for taking the time to review InPost on Glassdoor. We often seek feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. We are sorry you felt that you haven't had the experience we strive to offer to all employees We're a fast scaling business and as such the workloads can at times, be demanding. We offset this by offering great packages, interesting work, growth and development opportunities. Our review process is structured to seek broad feedback to aid personal growth and development however, we understand that as a young business we haven't always had this structure in place and have had to work in a much more agile way, relying on feedback 'in the moment' to ensure employees and managers had the feedback needed to take the appropriate action. We do not expect any employee to work excessive hours and encourage anyone who feels their workload is becoming unmanageable to raise this with their manager so it can be promptly dealt with. Finally, we encourage open and honest feedback across this platform and within our business, and whilst we ask reviews of our employees we would never ask them to post something they believe not to be true. We do however recognise without your feedback we cannot improve so thanks for sharing, it is very much appreciated. We will continue to think about how we can embed a positive culture at work where every employee feels empowered to share feedback and contribute to its success.
