US employees are very committed and energetic. Managers are great and allow lots of flexibility for family time.

Cons

There is a huge disconnect between the Spanish owners and the business in the United States.

Large company with national footprint. In the project development space, ample opportunities to move around the country according to your living preference.

Cons

Management is an odd mix of Spaniards and Americans, with overall culture being very European. This can be more formal than Americans are used to. Salaries can also be below market because they are "market" in Europe (but not in U.S.)
