The work enviroment is very competitive but most people do not know how to do their job so they can only progress in the company by pushing you down. If you want to make a career in this company, you have to be son, friend or relative to someone important.

Cons

HR against Work from Home culture in spite of being technologically prepared. Very bad HR policies for relocation among countries (bad compensation packages, low flexibility for relocating back after projects)
