Pros

Great Benefits, good pay, great bonus incentive.

Cons

No difference between Senior Technician and junior technician as far as supervisory responsibilities. Lack of leadership at current site, which trickles down to employees. I'm sure not typical of every site. Lack of communication and bonus program is a farce.

Pros

Good for Entry Level Engineers or gaining experience in an established company. Good pay and benefits. There are still many smart and interesting colleagues.

Cons

Very little growth, even less challenge, Good talent is slowly leaving for new challenges

Pros

The job was great for ambitious people who want to work in Marketing or Commerce area, as the job consisted on face-to-face marketing with, sometimes, products that people weren't exactly keen on. That represented a great training experience for me, as I do believe selling is something that involves a method-learning phase.

Cons

Salary was variable and people might be ''egocentric'' when they were good achievers.
