Great benefits and a very generous vacation package. The workplace environment was very comfortable - a very enjoyable place to be overall.

Cons

Nearly impossible to get enough work to do. Career advancement difficult - more of a who you know than a meritocracy.

Large company with national footprint. In the project development space, ample opportunities to move around the country according to your living preference.

Cons

Management is an odd mix of Spaniards and Americans, with overall culture being very European. This can be more formal than Americans are used to. Salaries can also be below market because they are "market" in Europe (but not in U.S.)
